Chattriix publishes original audio + video stories on this site, on YouTube, on social platforms, and across podcast directories. We provide the service "as-is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it up and the content original, but we make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Content licence

All stories on Chattriix — scripts, audio, video, artwork, music mixed by us — are © Chattriix and protected by copyright. You may:

• Share links to episodes and series.
• Embed episodes using the share buttons we provide.
• Quote up to 200 words of any script for review, commentary, or news reporting (with credit).

For any other use — adaptation, translation, commercial reuse, re-uploading to another platform — email hello@chattriix.com first.

Subscriptions

• Paid tiers renew automatically each month unless you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account page — no email required, no friction.
• We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment, no questions asked.
• Prices may change. We'll email subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Your account

Keep your account credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account. If your account is compromised, write to us immediately and we'll secure it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Re-upload our content to other platforms without permission.
• Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with its operation.
• Use Chattriix to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to bypass paid-tier access controls.

Disclaimers + limitation of liability

Stories are fiction unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Anything that resembles a real person, place, or event is coincidental except where clearly identified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chattriix is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chattriix is incorporated. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction. You also keep any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll email subscribers and post a notice on this page at least 14 days before the change.
